The User is entitled to a refund for purchased but unused "Fragments" within 14 days of purchase.
To request a refund, send a request in free form to antonov.serga@gmail.com, including the email address of your account and a copy of the payment receipt.
Fragments that have already been used (spent on generating content within the Service) are not refundable, as the service is considered rendered at the moment generation begins.
Refund requests are reviewed within up to 10 business days. Funds are returned to the same payment method used for the original purchase; the time it takes to appear depends on the payment provider.
