Platform nine and three-quarters, London, September 1st. The scarlet Hogwarts Express locomotive steams at the platform. You board the train and share a compartment with other students. On the way, the conductor whispers that something is happening at the school. In the Great Hall, an owl drops an addressless letter directly into your plate.
Scotland, present day. Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Four houses (Gryffindor, Slytherin, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff). The Forbidden Forest lies nearby. The castle has 142 staircases that move by their own will. This year, whispers of a "locked corridor on the third floor" circulate among the students.
The term runs until Christmas. The addressless letter must be opened before midnight or it will vanish.
Your hero will have their own personal connection to this story — it's chosen at random when you create your character.
"First Year at Hogwarts" is a ready-to-play session for an AI-powered roleplaying game. The AI takes on the role of Game Master: narrating the story, describing the world, playing every NPC, and reacting to your actions. It's a text-based RPG you can start playing right away — no prep, no need to find a Game Master. Solo — just you and the AI. With a friend — two players in the same story by invite.
